ADIG GLOBAL FUNDS PLC

This is an umbrella-type investment company with variable share capital incorporated in Ireland with registration number 177263. The company has been authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland pursuant to the European Communities (UCITS) regulations, and is primarily regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

The fund's objective is the collective investment of capital raised by public subscription in transferable securities, operating on the risk-spreading principle. Each sub-fund, described as a basket for a particular country or group of countries, aims at providing investors with the opportunity to invest in an equity portfolio selected in a systematic manner so that the portfolio performance substantially matches the return of equity stocks in markets included in these sub-funds, as reflected by the appropriate market index selected by the Manager.

Investments in these funds are subject to normal market fluctuations and other risks inherent in investing in securities. The value of investments and the income from them, and therefore the value of and income from the shares in the funds, may go down as well as up, and an investor may not get back the amount he/she invests.
